Tarago River Cheese have a long and healthy reputation of creating soft gooey cheese. For more than 30years, Tarago River have supplied their cheeses for the First Class Cabins on international flights. Back at the start, they used to supply their blue cheeses in ceramic ramekins. That ended 20years ago, but in an exclusive collaboration with Cheese Therapy, the Potted Blues are back! This is a very short run that will no doubt sell out super duper fast.

Shadows of Blue, Gippsland Blue and Blue Orchid
The three cheeses in these pots have been selected because they are super creamy. Perfect for getting a spoon and scooping it out like icecream. In each box you will get two different blues chosen at random from either Shadows of Blue, Gippsland Blue or Blue Orchid. Each cheese is approx 350g so 700g in total in this box. This is a blue lover's dream!
Delivery
Boxes will leave us via our refrigerated vehicle network on Mondays and Thursdays. If you delivery method is AusPost, your pack will leave us on Mondays and Tuesdays. To check if you are AusPost or not, Click Here
Best Before Date
The BB date is 1 August. This does not mean you need to eat it by this date. This is not a Use By date. As with all quality cheeses, they are starting to develop their real flavours at the BB Date.
