Matthieu Megard created L'Artisan to bring French cheesemaking techniques to Australia. Having grown up in the French Alps and being a third generation cheesemaker, it's probably correct to say that Mattieu has cheese in his blood. He is renowned for creating cheese with flavour, silkiness and interest!
