Skybury Microlot Peaberry Catuai Coffee 1KG
The Peaberry is a rare and unique type of coffee bean, and the Skybury peaberry has an higher density, creating a more concentrated flavour, aroma and a distinct acidity. Their peaberry is roasted as a medium to ensure that these flavour characteristics are not lost in the roasting process.
2017 Miss Bronte Cabernet Sauvignon
2017 brought some much welcomed late rains, which lead to a slightly later picking than the previous year. The results lead to this Cabernet becoming quite vibrant and intense. Miss Bronte brings aromatics that are unique for an Eden Valley Cabernet: mocha, black cherry, white chocolate and just a delicate leafiness.
