SOFT: Triple Cream Brie
Milk
| Vegetarian
BB Date: 11 Aug
Oh yes! If you thought triple cream was the butteriest cheese could be, then wait until you try this creamy piece of indulgence. Apologies in advance for ruining you enjoyment of any other cheese after you taste this. It's one of the creamiest on the planet.

SOFT: Marinated Fet
Milk
| Vegetarian
BB Date: Sept
It's interesting how some flavours always go well together. Feta, garlic, herbs and olive oil... Put these together and it just feels right! On its own, in a salad or in cooking. Always perfect.

STINKY: Washed Rind
Milk
| Vegetarian
BB Date: 27 Jul
Almost as soon as it was released this thing starting winning awards. Don't let a good washed rind scare you off as this is one of their most popular cheeses. A little bit of stink, backed with earthy and complex flavours, you really should give this baby a try.

SOFT: Triple Cream Brie
Milk
| Vegetarian
BB Date: 15 Jul
As you would have guessed, it’s rich. The quality of the cream will excite everyone. But the real joy is holding onto the cheese a little longer and letting it run past it’s Best Before date, even up to 6weeks to let the pate break down and develop even more complex flavours that surpass the simple rich cream flavour. We promise this will wow.

HARD: Mild Meadow
Milk
| Vegetarian
BB Date: Sept
Why this is called Mild Meadow is one of speculation. Sure the flavours are mild and creamy but perhaps the name of this hard cheese is reference to their head cow, Greta, and her love for the gently rolling fields. Or maybe it is the harvest of daisies that pop up in spring that wave gently in the breeze just before they all get eaten. Honestly, I've making all this up. I have ZERO idea why it is called Mild Meadow. I do know that it is a gouda style that is both great on a cheese board and also in a toastie.

HARD: Blue Cheese
Milk
| Vegetarian
BB Date: Sept
Watching from afar, it is evident that some cheesemakers struggle to name their cheeses. Although some can be quite creative leave you stumped, sometimes, there are names where you just say, OK. This is one. It's called Blue Cheese... because it is. This is a gorgonzola-style cheese that has sweet notes and will go brilliantly with some figs or honey.
