The Cheese

Will Studd is the World King of Cheese. He brings us this 1/8 wheel of Britain's King of Cheeses, Stilton. Weighing in around 1kg, this portion will be freshly cut, straight from the wheel. This handmade cheese is the perfect example of what luxury is. Big, bold and enough bite to please the cheese connoisseur.

The Wine

Sevenhill was established in 1851 as the first vineyard to establish the famous Clare Valley wine region. Run by the small religious order of Jesuits since inception, a visit to this winery is entering a world of history and tradition. This wine, Br John May Shiraz, comes from vines planted in 1970 by Br John and is the pinnacle of the wines created from this winery. This wine is a true honour to share.

The Pack

Each pack comes in its own gift box as shown in the photos attached. Each pack will include gel ice packs to ensure the cheese arrives in perfect condition.

We deliver in a refrigerated vehicle to most locations around Australia. For other locations, we will pack with extra insulation and gel packs. Delivery for this is FREE anywhere in Australia.
