The perfect drink for summer! Paired with a cheeseboard - even better!
A refreshing wine with a zingy snap of acid that meets a dash of red berry fruit sweetness that then finishes tart and dry. This is what shiraz does when the juice barely kisses the skin!

2016 Art Collection Chardonnay, Levrier
A great chardonnay with a few years on it gives this wine far more character than a "store-bought" one. Plucked from the elevated regions of Eden Valley, serve this cool with a pizza topped with smoked salmon and capers. Deeeelish!

2018 Zip Line Shiraz, Brockenchack  
A middleweight Eden Valley Shiraz that comes from grapes picked from old and young vines. Zip LIne offers a dense rose petal perfume, plum quince fruits and a hint of vanilla on the nose. Beautiful with rich, meaty dishes or a strong, bitey cheddar.

2020 'Open Range' Grenache, Sevenhill *
Sourced from 100-year-old vines. This wine celebrates the name of the property before the Jesuits renamed it Sevenhill, after the seven hills of Rome. Baked eggplant and green olive aromas, with subtle spices and a hint of toasted oak. Silky tannins compliment the sweet fruit. Superbly balanced.

Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.
