Who is Bream Creek Dairy?
This dairy and cheesemaker is located next to the sea in Tasmania. With their herd of 300 cows, they produce high quality milk and artisan cheeses. Generations of the Bignell family have been caring for their cows and operating as a dairy farm. Only a couple of years ago they started to produce artisan cheeses which are showcased in their cheesemaker pack.

SOFT - Triple Cream Brie 
If you were to ask us for a prime example of a perfect, indulgent creamy Brie that melts on your tongue. The kind of Brie that makes the time stop the moment you put a bit in your mouth. The kind of Brie that puts a big, cheese smile on your face because it's just that good! Let us tell you, this would be your answer.
SOFT - Ashed Triple Cream Brie 
Bream Creek have taken their triple cream to the next level. Rolling this creamy deliciousness in ash. During the process of cheesemaking they also carefully cut the cheese open horizontally and sprinkle a fine layer of ash through the cheese. Then they put the two halves back together. Creating a cheese that is not only stunning to look at, but pure bliss to eat!
SOFT - Truffle Triple Cream Brie 
This is a decadent soft cheese that will make even the cheesiest of cheese connoisseurs out there speechless. Bream Creek has yet again outdone themselves. Truffle and cheese, probably one of the best (if not the best) combinations in the world. Trust us, this cheesemaker has got it just right. The truffle and cheese beautifully compliment each other creating a flavour explosion on your palate.
BLUE - Bream Creek Blue 
This blue is a stunner to look at, with pockets of beautiful blue mould contrasting with the rest of the cheese. It almost resembles marble in the way the veins are grouped together. Once unwrapping it you may take a moment or two to admire its beauty, but once you've taken the first bite you will close your eyes in bliss. This blue takes your cheesebuds on a journey to where its made - the dairy by the sea!
