Two of Australia's best cheeses with two different cuts of Tasmania's best bacon. The love affair comes together with two recipes from one of Australia's great chefs!

Obviously, you're a cheese lover, that's why you're here. We decided to take things up a notch to create the "Bakin' Great Pack"! We united two of Australia's great cheese makers, L'Artisan Cheese (VIC) and Woombye Cheese Co (QLD) and put it to them that we needed to something very special - and we got it - L'Artisan's Raclette and Woombye's Triple Cream.
We then hunted down the award-winning Boks Bacon from Tassie. Their bacon is cold smoked with Tassie Oak. Once you taste this, you will never be able to buy bacon from the store again. This will blow your mind! We chose their dry cured streaky bacon and woodfire smoked traditional bacon.
Now we have the dream team assembled, we sought out a chef from one of this country's great, much awarded restaurants. He's a brilliant chef and has created two recipes which we will include in the pack. Now imagine an amazing Raclette & Smoked Bacon dish and a bacon wrapped Triple Cream. Eating this will send you straight to heaven!
